COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Rib Dinner – (Bryan) It went really well. Looks like we will net about $2,600.00. We sold all dinner and only had a couple of little ribs left.
Fundraisers – Janice Stroud
Right now, I have 30 vendors, but more people are interested. They have just not registered, yet.
Soup Supper – Julie
We have five volunteers. We will be having a meeting in the first part of July. I have a signup sheet for volunteers.
December Craft Show – December 2-3, 2023. Needs Event Form
Calendar - Bryan Bell - Upcoming rentals - Hunter Education Course - July 29 and 30
Flea Market - July 8
London Township - July 11
Old Business
Rib Dinner - $3,465.48 gross. Receipts will be turned into Lucretia at the end of the meeting.
Timeline for building repairs - Discuss mini split - Vote to purchase (Bryan) Bryan found a mini split online that is on sale for $4600, normally $6400 with a 3 year warranty. It is a two-head unit. No tax, no shipping. It is a Mr. Cool and those seem to work well. We should get it now so that when we drop the ceiling we can install it.
Sam Bell moved that we purchase it now. David Boller seconded the motion. Passed.
Hunter Education course update (Roxana)
New Business
Debit card for PCC account (Roxana). Roxana motioned to get 2 cards in Bryan and Lucretia’s name. Sam seconded the motion. Passed.
Thank Brad Bohannon for spending his time and talent on Sunday to unclog the drain. He found a washrag in the pipes. We assume it went down the utility sink. Bryan will cut a piece of expanded sheet metal to put in the sink. Caution about what should and shouldn’t go down the drains and toilets.
3. The quarterly meeting will be July 11th at the Peck Church of Christ at 7 pm. Lucretia will go to the meeting to find out what our money goes to.
4. Julie – Maybe we should write a book about the rejuvenation of PCC. “A New Chapter”
Miscellaneous Business – None.
Our next meeting will be July 31, 2023, 7:00 p.m. at the Peck Community Center
Motioned to adjourn by Woody Stitt; seconded by Sam Bell . Passed.
Meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
